• 60-hour Certification:

50 Hours of Training & 10 Hours of Practicum: Learn to sequence Yin Yang Yoga classes working with the subtle body through Chakras, Elements and Traditional Chinese Medicine (includes Anatomy, and yoga philosophy)

Certification: Receive a 60-hour certification upon completion, contributing to our 200-Hour embodied Yin Yang Yoga Teacher certification or to be used as continuing education (certified by the Yoga Alliance)

OR

• 50-hour certification

40 Hours of Training & 10 Hours of Practicum: Learn to sequence Yin Yang Yoga classes working with the subtle body through Chakras, Elements and Traditional Chinese Medicine (NO Anatomy, and yoga philosophy)

Certification: Receive a 50-hour certification upon completion that can be used as continuing education and is certified by the Yoga Alliance
